A 50% deposit will be taken at time of booking; this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon check-in unless the guest cancels within 30 days prior to arrival date. If the guest cancels within the 30 days or does not show, 100% will be charged to the credit card on file.

From the 20th of December until the 4th of January we charge a non-refundable 100% deposit at the time of booking.
