Covid19

A health & Safety Message

We are doing everything we can to make sure our guests are safe as possible during their stay. This includes following all guidance laid out by the Government and monitoring any updates closely. We have a fully briefed team of staff, all of whom have your well-being as their number one priority and have also increased the frequency with which we clean high contact surface areas such as door handles, handrails light switches and table tops. We have also added additional hygiene measures for staff and drawn up an emergency plan designed to protect all of our guests and employees in a worst-case scenario.

Note to guests

We would like to thank all our guests for bearing with us at this difficult time and ask that you follow this health and safety advice during your stay here so as to minimize the risk of infection spreading.

Hand hygiene: Wash your hands frequently, particularly after contact with public surfaces and respiratory secretions. Make sure you wash your hands thoroughly with either soap and water or with an alcohol-based hand rub and avoid touching your face where possible.
Be respectful of other guests: Please try and adhere to social distancing rules where possible. Be aware of other guests and give people plenty of space. If you need to sneeze or cough, please try and catch it in a tissue.
What to do if you if you show signs of illness: If you have any kind of flu like symptoms or a prolonged temperature, please seek medical attention and be respectful of other guests by either wearing a mask so you don’t spread the virus or remaining in your room where possible. Please contact us for information on available testing
